It was commissioned by the Rose to be performed by twenty members of the Rose Youth Theatre alongside four professional adult actors. It offers rich opportunities for other theatre companies who want to keep their audiences hooked with a magical, musical classic. 50% of royalties from the sale of this book and amateur performance licences are donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital, London.

Über den Autor J. M. Barrie

Sir James Matthew Barrie (* 9. Mai 1860 in Kirriemuir, Schottland; ? 19. Juni 1937 in London), besser als J. M. Barrie bekannt, war ein schottischer Schriftsteller und Dramatiker. Peter Pan ist seine bekannteste literarische Figur.Ella Beech ist Künstlerin und Illustratorin von Kinderbüchern. Daneben unterrichtet sie im Masterstudiengang Kinderbuchillustration an der Cambridge School of Art, die sie selbst im Januar 2022 abgeschlossen hat.
