Our need for appropriate ways to divide work into six methods, each of which can be developed and learned. This is the origin of the six work shoes. Thus, the bottom line assumes that there are six virtual caps for thinking, each with a different color. Each participant can wear or take off the appropriate hat. And all participants in a meeting can wear one -color hats at the same time. These uniform hats mean that everyone participates in one mental activity. The advantage of this method of thinking and management is that it forces us to use all hats and all patterns instead of obeying a single pattern of thinking. It also moves away from the method of controversy in dialogue and allows all parties to cooperate in detection and innovation. This causes it to lead to more productive meetings. Thus, the six action methods can be learned separately. Then the person gets used to every pattern of these patterns.
