Über den Autor Ching Yern (Hrsg.) Chee

Prof. Dr. Ching Yern Chee: Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaya Email: chingyc@um.edu.my Ir. Dr. Ching Yern Chee is a professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Universiti Malaya and a chartered engineer registered with the Engineering Council (UK). She has led 36 research projects as principal investigator and mentored 37 postgraduate students, including 16 PhD candidates. Her research focuses on green polymer composites, biocomposites, coating composites, and nanomaterials, with expertise in processing-structure-property relationships. A key achievement is her development of a novel nanocomposite lacquer with high far-infrared (FIR) effectiveness and UV-blocking properties for agricultural greenhouse films. Dr. Ching has filed numerous patents, received 19 national and international awards, and was honored with the "Leaders in Innovation Fellowship 2017" by the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK. Her innovations have enhanced engineering education and fostered international collaborations in nanocomposite research. Prof. Dr. Cong Wang: Professor in School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Beihang University Email: congwang@buaa.edu.cn Prof. Dr. Cong Wang began to work as Associate Professor in Beihang University since 1999, and got his professor position in Department of Physics, Beihang University since 2003. His research interests are in the fields of condensed matter physics spintronics and solar energy physics, including (1) structure, magnetic, and electronic transport of antiperovskite structured Mn3XN(C) materials (2) solar selective absorbing/emitting/transmitting coatings and surface for solar thermal power, radiation cooling, photoelectron sensor. He has published more than 270 papers with the total SCI citation index above 7000, 16 national patents and He was selected as Highly Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier for 6 years from 2020 to 2025. He is the board member of Chinese Physics Society and Chinese Crystallography Society, vice-director of Powder X-ray Diffraction Committee in Chinese Physics Society, and member of International Center for Diffraction Data (ICDD, USA). and the editorial board member of these journals: Journal of Materiomics, Materials China, J. Chinese Ceramic Society, J. of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, MDPI Magnetism.
