Medicinal plants continue to play a vital role in global healthcare due to their reduced toxicity and side effects compared to conventional medications. Green synthesis of nanoparticles has emerged as a non-toxic, eco-friendly, and cost-effective research frontier, utilizing plants' abundant metabolites like vitamins and antioxidants. This book, divided into "Green Nanotechnology in Agricultural Industry" and "Biomedicine and Healthcare", presents 30 chapters from leading experts. It covers diverse facets of green nanotechnology, from biofortification and environmental remediation to biomedical advancements. Uniquely bridging agricultural and biomedical applications, it highlights the interconnectedness of environmental health and human well-being. Readers will gain a deep understanding of plant-based nanoparticle synthesis and their transformative applications in creating sustainable fertilizers, targeted cancer therapies, and advanced antimicrobial agents. This rich blend of theoretical insights and practical applications makes it an essential resource for researchers, engineers, healthcare professionals, and students seeking to apply sustainable nanotechnology in their teaching, research, or practice.
