Eddie and the Recycled Go-Kart (eBook)

During the summer in the Mojave Desert, hyperactive boy, Eddie gets himself in and out of trouble. He ruins his new bicycle. His father punishes him by doing chores for money to replace his bicycle. His friend Shaun tells him about the Recycled Go-kart competition where the winner receives one thousand dollars. Eddie uses his talent for repairing things to redeem himself by entering a Go-Kart competition with his brother.

His parents concern for Eddie's behavior sends him to the doctor in the city. He is diagnosed with ADHD. Eddie learns lessons about having unhealthy friendships. Eddie gains his parents approval for his recognition of building the Recycled Go-Kart and going to the County Fair.
