Über den Autor Sharon Penman

Sharon Penman, 1945 in New York geboren, war eine Juristin und hochgelobte Autorin historischer Romane und Krimis. Ihr schriftstellerisches Werk inspirierte zahlreiche Autor*innen, darunter George R. R. Martin, Bernard Cornwell und Rebecca Gablé. Penman starb 2021 im Alter von 75 Jahren.Julian Haefs wurde 1984 in Bonn geboren. Nach dem Abitur studierte er zunächst Kommunikations- und Produktdesign in Köln, anschließend Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaft in Wien. Seit 2015 arbeitet er als freier Literaturübersetzer für Englisch und Lektor in Bonn.
