Über den Autor Bernhard Korte

Bernhard Korte ist Professor für Operations Research und Direktor des Forschungsinstituts für Diskrete Mathematik an der Universität Bonn. Er hat das Arithmeum in Bonn gegründet und eine Vielzahl von Preisen erhalten, unter anderem eine Ehrendoktorwürde und den Staatspreis NRW. Seine Forschungsinteressen umfassen Kombinatorische Optimierung und Chip Design. Jens Vygen ist Professor für Diskrete Mathematik an der Universität Bonn und ist leitender Wissenschaftler am Hausdorff Center for Mathematics. Er war auch Ko-Autor des Lehrbuchs "Algorithmische Mathematik" und Herausgeber bei verschiedenen Büchern und Zeitschriften. Seine Forschungsinteressen umfassen Kombinatorische Optimierung und Algorithmen für Chip Design.
